We specialize in custom labels, embossed stickers, packaging, and specialty UV printing. We're looking for someone with advanced Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills who can take customer artwork raw files, references, or creative direction and turn them into clean, production ready artwork. This position combines graphic design and prepress production. You should be comfortable not only preparing existing artwork for print, but also creating and developing designs based on direction from our team and clients. This is not an entry level design position. While we can teach our specific printing equipment, RIP software, and specialty production processes, applicants should already be highly proficient and able to work efficiently in both Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Responsibilities Create and develop designs from creative direction and visual references Clean up, rebuild, vectorize, and modify customer artwork Make edits and revisions to existing designs Prepare clean, production ready files for printing Work with layers, masks, typography, vectors, and complex artwork Manage files between design software, RIP software, and large-format printers Work directly with production to ensure artwork prints correctly and efficiently Maintain organized files and accurately manage multiple projects Required Skills Advanced Adobe Illustrator skills Strong Adobe Photoshop skills Strong understanding of layers, masks, vector artwork, typography, and file preparation Good eye for layout, typography, color, and packaging design Ability to take creative direction and turn ideas into polished artwork Ability to troubleshoot artwork and solve design/prepress problems independently Ability to work efficiently while remaining organized and detail oriented Comfortable working in a fast paced production environment Specialty Printing Experience Previous experience with specialty printing is NOT required. We can teach you how we set up and produce: Cut lines White ink layers Spot gloss layers Raised/embossed print layers Specialty UV printing RIP software and large format printer workflows You do not need previous experience operating our printers or RIP software. We are willing to train the right person on our specific production workflow. However, strong Illustrator and Photoshop skills are a must before starting this position.

Printer Large format cut equipment RIP and print production software Experience with this type of equipment is a plus, but not required. Bonus Skills (Not required) Sticker, label, or packaging design experience Prepress or print production experience Experience preparing files for large format/UV printing Familiarity with RIP software Illustration skills Experience designing artwork intended for specialty finishes or effects Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is extremely comfortable in Illustrator and Photoshop, has strong creative and technical problem solving skills, and can work independently without needing constant oversight. You should be able to look at an artwork problem, figure out how to build or fix it, and confidently move the project toward production.
