Part-Time Graphic Designer & Events Coordinator
Job Description
What You'll Do:
Create eye-catching graphics and content for events, social campaigns, and promotions. Assist with marketing projects and event campaigns from concept to execution. Support the owners with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations. Coordinate directly with printers, promotional companies, venues, Bring fresh ideas to the table... we want creativity, not cookie-cutter (no AI graphics).What We're Looking For:
Strong graphic design skills — Photoshop, Illustrator, Cana & AI tools A good eye for branding, layout, typography, and clean design Extremely organized and comfortable managing multiple projects at once Someone who follows up without needing to be reminded Comfortable communicating directly with vendors and clients Willing and available to work onsite during events when needed Able to work independently while keeping communication flowing Someone who enjoys a fast-moving environment and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed This is an in person role in our Boca Raton office.
