Job Overview We are seeking individuals that have experience with modern technology. Including but not limited to computers, printers, smartphones, smart tv's, gaming systems, AI to join our small team. The ideal candidate will have a some background in electronics and be proficient in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various electronic systems and equipment. This role requires hands-on experience with field service tasks and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure optimal functionality of electronic devices. I am open to hiring individuals who have experience or are excited to learn new skills and technology. Duties Interacting with clients and customers. Phone calls, emails, ext. Must be at least 21 You must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must be able to drive, have valid driver's license, and clean driving record. Must be able to pass criminal background check Conduct repairs and maintenance on computer, tv's, tablets, smartphones, audio system, smart home ext. Utilize hand tools effectively to assemble, disassemble, and install electronic equipment. Provide field service support, troubleshooting issues on-site for customers. Maintain accurate records of repairs, services performed, and inventory of parts used. Stay updated on the latest technologies and advancements in electronics to enhance skills. Experience in field service or as a service technician is highly desirable. Familiarity with computer hardware and its integration into electronic systems. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in technical tasks. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. You do not need to have all skills listed above. I am happy to train eager individuals. Pay will be determined on experience.
