We are looking for an exceptional, highly experienced Graphic Designer who can handle almost any design project we put in front of them. This is NOT an entry-level position . We are not looking for someone who only makes social media posts, logos, or basic T-shirt graphics. We need a serious professional who can move from: Dye Sublimation Apparel → Vehicle Wraps → T-Shirts → Business Cards → Brochures → Signs → Banners → Marketing Materials → Print Production …and do all of it at a very high level. SOFTWARE SKILLS

EXPERT LEVEL REQUIRED

Illustrator is extremely important in our production environment. You should be able to work quickly using: Pen Tool Pathfinder Shape Builder Clipping masks Compound paths Layers Artboards Typography Vector illustration Patterns Gradients Image tracing Spot colors Pantone colors Bleeds Cut paths Production templates Print-ready files Keyboard shortcuts are expected. If you need to search through menus to perform basic Illustrator functions, this position is probably not for you. Adobe Photoshop You should be highly skilled with: Photo editing Retouching Masking Color correction Compositing Mockups Smart Objects Image manipulation Raster artwork Large-format graphics Production-ready artwork Adobe InDesign Strong experience with: Brochures Flyers Catalogs Multi-page documents Marketing materials Typography Print layouts Preflight Print-ready PDFs Additional Software Knowledge Is a Plus Experience with any of the following is valuable: Adobe Acrobat Pro CorelDRAW Figma Canva Procreate Adobe Lightroom After Effects Premiere Pro 3D or mockup software RIP software Large-format production software AI design tools Other professional graphics software You do not need to know every program listed above, but you must be technically strong and able to learn new software quickly .

WHAT YOU MAY BE DESIGNING

One day you may design a fully sublimated sports jersey. The next project could be a vehicle wrap. Then a brochure. Then a T-shirt. Then a banner. Then business cards. Then a complete branded marketing piece.

You should be comfortable designing:

SUBLIMATION EXPERIENCE

Professional dye sublimation apparel experience is strongly preferred.

You should understand:

All-over-print apparel Sublimation templates Cut-and-sew layouts Front/back/sleeve design Sponsor and logo placement Names and numbers Pattern development Production layouts Apparel mockups Production-ready sublimation files

YOU MUST UNDERSTAND PRODUCTION

Being creative is not enough. Your files must actually work when they reach production.

You should understand:

CMYK vs. RGB Pantone and spot colors Bleeds Safe areas DPI and resolution Raster vs. vector Font outlining Embedded and linked artwork Transparency Print-ready PDFs Large-format production Sublimation production Screen-printing considerations Vehicle templates Cut paths File setup Preflight We do not want designers whose files constantly need to be repaired before production.

SPEED MATTERS

We are a high-volume production company . We are busy. Very busy. We need designers who can work fast without sacrificing quality. We are not looking for someone who takes all day to complete a basic project.

POSITION DETAILS

Full-time 40 hours per week Monday through Friday Remote Permanent, long-term position High-volume workflow Growing international company Paid vacation during Christmas break We are looking for someone who wants to become a long-term member of our team , not someone looking for temporary freelance work.
