Job Description

Graphic Designer Full-Time | In-House | Buford, GA This is a full-time, in-person position based in our Buford, Georgia office. This is not a remote or hybrid position. About the Role Veugeler Creative is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team in our Buford office. We're looking for someone with approximately 2-4 years of professional design experience who is creative, organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with a positive attitude, takes initiative and is eager to continue growing alongside an experienced creative team. Our agency works with clients locally and across the country in a wide variety of industries, including automotive, events and festivals, hospitality, professional services and small businesses of all kinds . This position will create original artwork as well as make updates and revisions to existing projects across both print and digital media. Projects may include social media graphics, digital advertising, email campaigns, direct mail, print collateral, logos and branding, event materials, web graphics, billboards, brochures and more. We handle a high volume of creative work, so the ability to balance creativity with speed, accuracy and attention to detail is essential. Primary Responsibilities
  • Design a wide variety of print and digital materials for multiple clients and brands.
  • Develop original creative as well as make edits and revisions to existing artwork.
  • Create social graphics, digital and print ads, direct mail, postcards, web banners, email graphics, event collateral, billboards, brochures and other marketing materials.
  • Follow established brand standards while also bringing fresh ideas and creative solutions to projects.
  • Prepare accurate, production-ready files for print and digital use.
  • Collaborate with the Art Director, production team, account managers and other members of the creative team.
  • Communicate with clients on occasion regarding creative projects and revisions.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Use project management software daily to track project status and time. Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field preferred.
  • 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience , preferably in an agency, in-house marketing department or similarly fast-paced creative environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, branding and both print and digital design.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop .
  • Excellent understanding of typography, composition, color and visual communication.
  • Ability to take creative direction and feedback and translate it into strong design solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization and time management.
  • Ability to work efficiently across multiple projects and shifting priorities.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Positive, solutions-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Mac experience required.
  • Experience with Mailchimp and/or Constant Contact is a plus.
  • Experience designing for social media, events or automotive clients is a plus, but not required.
  • Must be able to work full-time, in person at our Buford, Georgia office.
