A Graphic Designer works with text and images to create design for printed material or web sites. Develops visual designs, such as a logo, that establish an identity or brand for an organization, business or campaign; uses design skills to improve the visual impact of advertising messages, reports, books or websites. May produce documents and printed materials using desktop publishing software and equipment. May work for a publishing company or provide printed business or marketing material for business clients.

Job Description
- Excellent graphic design and page layout skills
- Professional design portfolio, preferably including business-related graphics products
- Proficient with the following applications:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc)
- Presentation (Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides)
- Spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets)
- Word processing (Microsoft Word, Google Docs)
- Strong background with Windows operating systems
- Knowledge of Web design preferred
- Knowledge of EFI Fiery and EFI Fiery Impose preferred Customer Service
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to translate customer requirements into final products and services
- Other Skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Multitasking - must have the ability to simultaneously process multiple tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's degree or design certificate preferred
- Experience with bulk mailing software and procedures preferred
- Computer hardware and software installation and troubleshooting skills preferred
- Valid driver's license required Duties & Responsibilities Graphic Design and Production
- Creates promotional materials including, but not limited to, multimedia presentations, banners, newsletters, flyers, signs, posters and business cards
- Involved in the output, workflow management and production of orders Technical Advising
- Consults with customers on their graphics needs
- Assists customers with using related applications on center computers
- Trains other center personnel to use applications
- Customer Service and Center Operations
- Assists customers with center services as needed
- Assists with sales transactions Physical & Safety Requirements
- Must be able to stand behind a sales counter for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must be able to communicate clearly with customers by phone, by email and in person
- May be required to operate a motor vehicle
- Must demonstrate knowledge of emergency policies and procedures
- Must perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner
