Design and produce marketing collateral (proposals, brochures, presentations, ads, signage, trade show materials); consistent with brand guidelines. Collaborate with proposal team and project champions to create unique branding and compelling graphics to support project and pursuit strategy, often under proposal deadlines, and assist with assembly when needed. Produce and manage graphics for both digital/print collateral materials utilized to market the Company internally and externally. Stay current on design trends and software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.). What You Bring to the Table Must have 3-5 years of professional Marketing experience working in the A/E/C industry or related field. Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable taking direction from and presenting concepts to non-design stakeholders. Must demonstrate advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and Canva is required. Strong portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, and brand execution across print and digital formats.
