Job Description

Designer will creates and prep digital art files for custom t-shirts, apparel, and vinyl graphics They turn client ideas into clean vector designs, separate colors for screen printing, and ensure files meet exact press standards. Design custom artwork for t-shirts, hoodies, and promo items. Redraw low-quality client logos into clean vector files. Separate colors for spot color and CMYK screen printing. Make digital proofs for client approval before print. Check files for proper sizing, bleeds, and ink limits. Skills and Tools Know Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop very well. Understand how the screen printing process works. Know dot gain, mesh counts, and color separation. Talk clearly with clients and sales teams. Manage multiple design projects and deadlines. Experience and Education High school diploma or a degree in graphic design. Past work in a print shop or apparel design role. A strong portfolio showing vector art and t-shirt designs.
Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
