Production Graphics Technician Metalcraft | Mason City, Iowa Full-Time | 7:15 AM - 3:45 PM Monday-Friday. Metalcraft is hiring a Production Graphics Technician to prepare customer artwork for manufacturing. This is not a marketing or creative design position. This role focuses on precision file setup, proof review, and production accuracy within a structured manufacturing environment. If you enjoy working with artwork but prefer clear processes, steady hours, and technical execution over open ended creative work, this role may be a strong fit. What You'll Do Prepare and review customer artwork for production Clean and adjust logos for manufacturing compatibility Build accurate, production-ready files using established procedures Maintain organized digital archives Work primarily in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Collaborate with production and quality teams Support equipment upkeep and workflow efficiency What This Role Is Process-driven Detail-oriented Accuracy-focused Manufacturing-based Consistent daytime schedule What This Role Is Not Marketing design Brand development Campaign creation Remote or freelance-based Qualifications Experience using Adobe Illustrator strongly preferred Graphic arts coursework or production art experience helpful Comfort working in a structured manufacturing setting Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Why Metalcraft Employee owned (ESOP) Clean, climate controlled facility Stable daytime hours Competitive pay and benefits 75 year company with long-term stability Metalcraft is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
