Overview The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing, producing, organizing, and maintaining a wide range of creative assets supporting the company's product, marketing, sales, advertising, digital, and promotional initiatives. This role serves as a key creative and production resource for the organization, ensuring that all visual communications are accurate, consistent, professional, on-brand, and delivered on schedule. The Graphic Designer will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Administration, and external partners to translate business and marketing objectives into effective visual communications across print and digital channels. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously from concept through final production. The position requires strong graphic design and production skills, excellent file organization, effective communication, and the ability to adapt creative assets for a variety of platforms and audiences. Product Labels & Packaging Own the day-to-day management and production of the company's complete portfolio of product labels and related packaging assets.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage the complete library of current and historical product labels.
- Create new label files and modify existing labels as products, regulations, branding, or business requirements change.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and easily accessible master label files.
- Ensure label artwork is produced according to established brand, production, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate label revisions and updates with appropriate internal personnel.
- Prepare final artwork for printing and production.
- Coordinate with printers and vendors as needed to ensure accurate production.
- Review proofs for accuracy, including copy, colors, dimensions, imagery, barcodes, logos, and other required elements.
- Maintain appropriate versions of approved and production-ready artwork.
- Track label revisions and ensure outdated files are appropriately archived.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of printed labels as needed.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of packaging-related graphics and artwork such as: Stickers, Inserts, Instruction sheets, Product literature, Hang tags, Promotional cards, and Other printed product materials 2.
Print Advertising & Publications Manage the creative production and delivery of print advertisements appearing in magazines, trade publications, and other media outlets.
Responsibilities include:
- Design and produce print advertisements based on marketing objectives and publication requirements.
- Adapt existing creative for various publications, sizes, formats, and specifications.
- Manage the internal review and approval process.
- Incorporate revisions accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare final production-ready files according to publication specifications.
- Coordinate submission of advertisements to publications and media partners.
- Maintain an organized digital archive of final artwork and update the advertising production calendar and submission schedule.
- Track deadlines, specifications, approvals, and publication dates.
- Coordinate with marketing on advertising messaging, promotions, and creative direction.
- Produce additional print marketing materials as requested, including: Flyers, Catalogs, Sell sheets, Brochures, Product sheets, Postcards, Promotional pieces, Point-of-sale materials, and Event materials 3.
Email Marketing & Digital Campaigns Support the Marketing team in the development, production, and execution of email marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities include:
- Create visually compelling email campaigns in coordination with the Marketing team.
- Design email graphics and layouts consistent with brand standards.
- Work with Marketing to optimize email creative, layout, hierarchy, and template structure based on established email marketing best practices.
- Create associated promotional or campaign webpages as needed.
- Coordinate with Marketing to ensure email campaigns are completed according to established schedules.
4. YouTube & Video Content Support the company's YouTube presence through the creation, editing, organization, and optimization of basic promotional and marketing video content.
Responsibilities include:
- Create basic promotional, educational, and marketing videos in coordination with Marketing.
- Edit video content for use on YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Stay current with YouTube platform developments, creative trends, functionality, and best practices.
5. Dealer & Distributor Support Provide creative and digital asset support to dealers, distributors, sales representatives, and other external partners.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide current product photography, product descriptions, logos, graphics, and other approved marketing assets.
- Maintain organized shared folders and digital libraries for dealer and distributor access.
- Ensure external-facing assets are current and approved.
- Remove or archive outdated assets when appropriate.
- Work within distributor-specific websites, portals, content management systems, and platforms to update product information and creative assets as needed.
6. Website & Digital Content Assist with the maintenance and visual presentation of company websites and other digital properties.
Responsibilities include:
- Update product webpages and other website content as directed by appropriate administrative or marketing personnel.
- Upload and update product photography, product labels, product graphics, and supporting visual assets.
- Update copy and other content when provided or approved by appropriate personnel.
- Resize, optimize, and prepare graphics for web use.
- Maintain an organized library of current website graphics and supporting files.
- Identify outdated or inconsistent visual content and communicate needed updates to the appropriate team members.
7. Social Media Content Create and organize high-quality visual content supporting the company's social media strategy and brand identity.
Responsibilities include:
- Create engaging social media graphics for various social platforms and visual content under the direction of Marketing.
- Assist with the development, organization, and execution of the company's social media content calendar.
- Work with Marketing to ensure content is approved and scheduled in advance.
- Assist with preparation of: Social graphics, Promotional posts, Product features, Campaign graphics, Event graphics, Video content, Reels/short-form video, and Stories and other platform-specific assets
- Maintain organized social media asset libraries.
- Upload approved content to internal asset storage systems.
- Ensure social content adheres to company branding, messaging, policies, and approved marketing strategy.
8. Sales & Marketing Support Provide ongoing creative support for Sales, Marketing, Administration, sponsorships, partnerships, events, and other company initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop branded imagery and promotional artwork for presentations and sales materials.
- Produce digital signage and promotional displays.
- Produce graphics and video assets associated with sponsorships and partnerships.
- Create promotional content for events, trade shows, and special initiatives.
- Assist with promotional merchandise and branded items.
9. Brand Management & Creative Standards Maintain visual consistency and integrity across all company communications and marketing materials.
Responsibilities include:
- Follow established company brand guidelines.
- Protect the integrity of approved logos, product imagery, and other brand assets.
- Assist with the ongoing development of the company's brand image.
10. Digital Asset & File Management Maintain a highly organized digital asset environment so that creative files can be located, accessed, updated, and reused efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
- Organize and maintain graphic design files, photographs, videos, advertisements, labels, logos, templates, and other creative assets.
- Establish and follow consistent file naming and folder structures.
- Maintain master files and production-ready files separately when appropriate.
- Archive outdated or obsolete materials appropriately.
- Maintain version control for frequently updated creative assets.
- Maintain backups or appropriate storage practices in accordance with company procedures.
- Regularly review digital libraries and identify opportunities for improved organization. 11. General Responsibilities

- Verify spelling, grammar, product information, dimensions, dates, pricing, contact information, and other relevant details when applicable.
