Graphic Designer / Production / Vehicle Wraps

You'll gain experience across the full process including design, printing, production, vinyl installation, and branding. No two days are the same. One day you may be designing graphics for a fleet of vehicles, and the next you may help produce and install signage for a local business, school, church, or restaurant. What You'll Do You'll work across the full sign and wrap process, including design, production, and installation support.

Design Work Create graphics for:

Vehicle wraps Lighted and non-lighted signs Window graphics and storefront branding Wall wraps and interior graphics Monument and exterior signage Promotional and branding materials Production Work Prepare print-ready files using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Operate and assist with: Large-format printers Laminators Vinyl plotters and cutters Weed, tape, organize, and prep graphics for installation Assist with vinyl installs and signage installation projects Help maintain production quality and workflow efficiency Vehicle Wrap & Installation Work Assist with installation of: Commercial vehicle wraps Fleet graphics Partial wraps Full wraps Color change vinyl wraps Chrome deletes Decals and lettering Prepare vehicles and surfaces for vinyl installation including: Cleaning and surface prep Measuring and layout Material trimming and positioning Post-heating and finishing Learn proper vinyl installation techniques for: Curves and contours Seams and panel alignment Stretching and handling vinyl Bubble and wrinkle removal Quality finishing and detail work Team Collaboration Work directly with team members and clients on concepts and revisions Help solve creative and production challenges Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For Required Skills Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Strong attention to detail Good communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Ideal Candidate Creative but also hands-on Enjoys building and creating, not just designing Wants to learn new equipment, materials, and processes Takes pride in quality work Self-motivated and dependable Positive attitude and willing to grow Experience in signs, wraps, printing, or production is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with strong design ability and work ethic.
