Graphic Designer / Client Experience Specialist Imagination Print & Design - 4.0 Oswego, IL Job Details Full-time From $22 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Parental leave Employee discount Flexible schedule Retirement plan Qualifications Customer service Adobe Illustrator Graphic design Attention to detail Graphic design software Full Job Description Graphic Designer / Client Experience Specialist This is not just a graphic designer position. You'll become a central part of a small team that keeps a very busy printing company moving. You'll get to know our customers, learn how things are made, work alongside our production and design teams, and see projects go from an idea to something people can actually hold in their hands.
SKILLS & QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Adobe Illustrator experience required. You will be in charge of working with customers from start to finish on building their online apparel stores through OrderMyGear. (i.e. spirit wear stores, corporate apparel stores, etc.). OrderMyGear experience preferred but not required. You will be working with the customer from start to finish; suggesting the best apparel options for their needs, designing the apparel & building the online apparel store. Additional qualities we are looking for include:
  • Strong Customer Service skills! A genuine people person who enjoys talking with customers and making them feel welcome.
  • Bubbly, friendly, and approachable personality; you'll be working directly with customers on their projects and online stores.
  • Extremely detail-oriented.
  • A confident communicator who is comfortable talking with customers in person and over the phone.
  • Self-motivated person, who takes initiative to get things done.
  • Team player who is willing to jump in and help wherever needed.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change throughout the day.
  • Organized and able to multitask
  • Problem-solver.
  • Someone who takes pride in their work and genuinely wants to do a good job.
THE KIND OF PERSON WHO WILL THRIVE HERE
We may have a small team, but we handle a lot of work. We're looking for someone who enjoys a busy and productive environment. While we work hard, we also like to have fun. We spend a lot of time together, and we try to keep things lighthearted…especially when we're in the middle of one of those "How are we possibly going to get all of this done?" kind of days. ;) We're casual. We're hardworking. We have fun. We occasionally have absolute chaos. And yes, you'll basically have an entire drawer of company shirts to wear. ;) Most importantly, we're a small business that cares about the community we're part of. We love getting to work with local businesses, organizations, schools, teams, nonprofits, and individuals - and we love being able to give back to the community that supports us. If you're a friendly, detail-oriented, energetic person who likes people, likes staying busy, and wants to be part of a team where your work actually matters, we'd love to meet you!!
