Job Purpose:
The Graphic Designer owns day-to-day creative for the Table Tennis and Outdoor Games division, translating brand strategy into digital-first assets that sell products across DTC, Amazon, and retail. This is a builder's role on a fast-paced, high-volume team: the designer will help grow established brands like STIGA while shaping newer, faster-moving businesses like AllCornhole and Victory Tailgate, where the pace of new product is limited mainly by how quickly great graphics can be designed.
Digital is the primary need, but the role touches nearly every part of the business, from sell-in decks and packaging to in-store execution and new product concepts. The right candidate has a strong, current digital design aesthetic, is comfortable using AI tools to move faster and explore more and wants to see their work show up on shelves, sites, and social feeds.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Design product launch assets for paid digital campaigns including social media, display advertising, video stills, Amazon A+ content, and Brand Store content
Create and maintain marketing assets for websites, landing pages, promotional modules, email campaigns, and organic social media channels
Develop evergreen brand content and creative templates to support ongoing marketing initiatives
Design high-volume product graphics for AllCornhole and Victory Tailgate including licensed, collegiate, and print-on-demand artwork
Contribute visual concepts and creative direction for new product ideation, innovation projects, and product presentations
Create packaging concepts, refresh existing packaging, and prepare production-ready files that meet retailer and vendor specifications
Support retail initiatives by designing point-of-purchase displays, fixtures, planograms, signage, and other large-format materials
Develop sales presentations, line review decks, and visual materials for retail account meetings
Provide creative direction for photography, videography, and 3D rendering projects and participate in photo shoots as needed
Maintain and evolve brand standards, asset libraries, and creative resources across assigned brands
Support events, trade shows, sponsorships, and activations through the design of signage, displays, and promotional collateral
Utilize AI-powered design and productivity tools to improve efficiency, increase creative output, and accelerate concept development
Manage multiple projects simultaneously through Asana while communicating project timelines, priorities, and potential obstacles
Collaborate with brand managers, product managers, sales teams, eCommerce teams, and production partners to ensure successful project execution
Present creative concepts and final designs for approval and incorporate feedback efficiently
Write headlines, calls-to-action, and short-form marketing copy when needed
Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and creative best practices to keep brands current and differentiated
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of 3 years of graphic design experience in an in-house marketing environment or agency setting, preferably within consumer products, sporting goods, or eCommerce industries
Strong portfolio demonstrating digital marketing, web, social media, packaging, and product design capabilities
Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat
Working knowledge of Figma and Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint
Experience utilizing AI-enabled design and productivity tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms
Strong understanding of print production, packaging development, color management, dielines, and vendor specifications
Excellent organizational, project management, and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining design quality
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present and discuss creative concepts
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
Experience with Amazon content creation including A+ pages, Brand Stores, and listing imagery preferred
Experience with licensed consumer products, retail marketing materials, or sporting goods products preferred
Motion graphics, video editing, photography, and/or 3D rendering experience preferred
Interest in sports, games, outdoor recreation, and tailgating lifestyles preferred
