Job Description Inked Brands is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Product Design team. This role is responsible for designing beautiful, marketable products that align with our brands and delight our customers. The Graphic Designer will create original artwork, patterns, product layouts, and production-ready files for a variety of gift, stationery, home décor, and lifestyle products. Working closely with Product Development, Marketing, Purchasing, and Brand teams, this role will bring product concepts to life from initial idea through production while ensuring designs meet brand standards and manufacturing requirements. The ideal candidate is highly creative, organized, trend-aware, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Product Design
  • Design original artwork, patterns, typography, and layouts for gift, stationery, home décor, and lifestyle products.
  • Translate seasonal concepts, creative briefs, and brand direction into commercially successful product collections.
  • Create production-ready artwork that meets manufacturing specifications.
  • Design product mockups, line sheets, presentations, and marketing support materials. Product Development Support
  • Collaborate with Product Development to bring collections from concept through production.
  • Prepare files for vendor production and make revisions throughout the product development process.
  • Participate in product reviews, sample evaluations, and collection refinement.
  • Ensure product artwork meets quality, color, and print production standards. Brand & Creative Collaboration
  • Maintain consistency across all assigned brands by adhering to established style guides and visual identities.
  • Work closely with Marketing to support launches with coordinated creative assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve creative challenges and meet project deadlines. Organization & Process
  • Maintain organized design files, artwork archives, templates, and production documents.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Research design trends, color palettes, consumer preferences, and market opportunities.
  • Contribute to and support a positive, creative, and collaborative culture.
  • Continuously improve efficiency, communication, and work product.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in consumer products, gift, stationery, packaging, or surface pattern design.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Strong illustration, typography, layout, and surface pattern design skills.
  • Experience preparing print-ready production files.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of color, composition, and current design trends.
