WHAT YOU'LL DO
Product Design Support- Assist in designing artwork, patterns, typography, and layouts for gift, stationery, home décor, and lifestyle products.
- Create product mockups, line sheets, and presentation materials.
- Make revisions to artwork based on team feedback.
- Prepare production-ready files under the guidance of senior designers. Product Development Support
- Assist with product launches by organizing files and updating artwork.
- Support sample reviews and product revisions.
- Help maintain product specifications and artwork accuracy throughout development. Organization & Administration
- Organize design files, templates, artwork archives, and Dropbox folders.
- Assist with maintaining accurate production documentation.
- Help prepare artwork for vendors and internal teams.
- Manage assigned tasks while meeting project deadlines. Creative Collaboration
- Research trends, color palettes, consumer preferences, and competitive products.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and collection development.
- Support Marketing with product imagery and launch materials as needed.
- Contribute to and support a positive, creative, and collaborative culture.
- Continuously improve efficiency, communication, and work product.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
- Internship or 0-2 years of graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of typography, color, composition, and layout.
- Passion for illustration, pattern design, and consumer products.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new processes, software, and production methods.
