Then, listen up. We are OrthoSynetics, and we're on the hunt for a graphic designer that can work magic. Someone who will take a brand and bring it to life. We want someone who isn't afraid to jump in, roll up their sleeves, and make things happen. We're looking for an idea wrangler, a font fanatic with a keen eye for detail, a logo master, and a Pantone hunter. At OrthoSynetics, you'll get to design for orthodontic and pediatric dentistry brands all across the country. You'll make logos, design websites, kids' clubs, and mascots. You'll create social media campaigns, animation, banner ads, and collateral. You'll even do commercials, pre-roll, and videos. Could you be this paragon of coolness? Duties and Responsibilities Create and design ideas from concept to completion Translate Creative Briefs into creative designs that move the brand forward Produce designs for a variety of marketing tactics and channels Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met at all times Create presentations that explain your designs with rationales that get clients excited Share ideas with Creative Director and work alongside other creative team members Develop websites that are fresh, modern, user-friendly, and mobile-friendly Qualification Requirements The person we're looking for has been in the business for at least 2 years. We need a real go- getter. You'll need to be up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and have a strong understanding of creative tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite. If friends and past co-workers describe you as being creative, genuine, kind, responsible, and friendly - you just might be our new graphic designer. Must have 2+ years of experience concepting, designing, and producing marketing campaigns for brands Must show a portfolio of quality work in all mediums of advertising like social media, logo design, out of home billboards, animation, branding, web design, direct mail, in-store signage, and swag Must demonstrate a serious passion for excellent design that is thoughtful, meaningful, smart, and significant Must thrive in a creative and dynamic environment and embrace the opportunity to continuously enhance our clients' brands Must have a keen design aesthetic that pays attentions to the smallest details like kerning, leading, and line breaks as well as typography and photography Education and / or Licenses and Certifications Bachelor's in graphic design or Advertising Portfolio Associate's Degree Work Environment Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
