Essential Duties and Tasks To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily. Coordinate with marketing, sales, customers, printing and other personnel to create, design and produce artwork that meets or exceeds customer specifications Test prototypes based on specifications Ensure accurate, on time completion of high-quality design work using standard software, tools and processes Meets and reports on status of goals and metrics Makes recommendations for improvements and tools All other duties as assigned Qualifications, Education and Experience Education Bachelors' Degree Experience 4+ years with proficient understanding in pre-press and print production techniques including color separations, color conversion/correction, profiling, trapping/bleeding of imagery, color rotation Experience using graphic design tools and software Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Outlook email and calendar. Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information. Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines. Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients. Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options. Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
