Anticipated contract start is April 2027, subject to contract award and the Government schedule. Create graphics, video, photography, and other visual products supporting DC3 communications and branding.

Clearance Required:

No clearance required, but prefer active SECRET clearance Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, visual communications, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional graphic design and digital media experience.
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Experience designing, producing, and archiving custom graphics, branding vectors, video segments, and photography for federal or corporate communications.
• Experience managing digital media libraries and asset tagging while following style guides and Public Affairs Office (PAO) guidelines. Key Responsibilities
• Design and produce visual assets for briefings, publications, web platforms, and outreach.
• Organize and tag graphics, video, and photographs in a digital media library.
• Maintain consistent branding and prepare products for Government and PAO review.
