ROCKSTAR GRAPHIC ARTIST / ROLAND PRINT SPECIALIST

Duties Develop compelling visual content including branding materials, logos, motion graphics, and digital art that align with client goals and brand identity Prepare design files meticulously for print production, ensuring accurate color management, layout design, and adherence to prepress standards Operate Roland large-format printers with precision, managing print jobs from setup to completion while maintaining quality control Create engaging motion graphics and video content using Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design software to enhance marketing campaigns Collaborate with clients and team members to conceptualize design ideas, provide art direction, and refine visuals for various media platforms including websites built on WordPress or content management systems Conduct photo editing, photo manipulation, and photography sessions to produce high-quality images for print and digital use Utilize technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UI/UX principles to support web design projects and ensure seamless integration of visual elements Qualifications Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, logo design, layout design, and print production projects Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, Sketch, Figma, InVision, and other graphic design software Solid understanding of color theory, typography design for media, typography principles, and digital art techniques Experience operating Roland or similar large-format printers with knowledge of print manufacturing processes including sign manufacturing and prepress workflows Familiarity with web development basics such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript; experience with WordPress or content management systems is a plus Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively to clients or team members Excellent attention to detail in layout design, photo editing/manipulation, color management and print file preparation for high-quality output Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality under tight deadlines Please submit your resume AND portfolio/examples of your work.
