401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Overview This position requires a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with expertise in graphic creation and video editing. This role is responsible for producing compelling visual content across print, digital, and social media channels. This work may include website, social media, packaging, brochures, ads, and definitely editing videos for various channels. The ideal candidate will bring these skills to Blu Technology's creative team and report to the Director of Marketing. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys owning projects from concept through final delivery. Key Responsibilities Graphic Design- Design print and digital marketing materials including brochures, sell sheets, ads, presentations, packaging, trade show graphics, and other materials. Create on-brand visuals that support product launches, campaigns, and ongoing marketing initiatives. Maintain visual consistency across all customer touchpoints. Videography Editing
- Visual storyteller that can edit video content to various platforms, including both short-form video and long-form video. Must be able to add titles, text, transitions, sound, and visual effects to enhance storytelling. Shooting video experience is a plus. Photography
- Experience with product photography, and photography editing is a big plus. Digital & Social Media Content
- Design graphics for and add/edit content to our website. Design graphics for email campaigns and social media. Produce platform-optimized content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels. Collaborate with the Marketing team to support content calendars and campaigns. Creative Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate complex ideas into clear visuals. Contribute to campaign concepts and visual storytelling strategies. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Maintain Visual Identity Standards
- Maintain the Blu Technology visual identity guide for our company and our products, plus serve as our visual identity steward. Asset Management
- Organize and maintain brand assets, templates, and design files. Prepare final files for print and digital distribution. Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices File Preparation
- Prepare files for vendors as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of professional design experience Strong portfolio demonstrating both still and motion work Basic photography or videography skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva Experience with Klayvio and Shopify or similar.
