Graphic Designer & Website Editor Part-Time | Opportunity to Grow into Full-Time About Us At Duo Threads , we create sorority + collegiate apparel and accessories that people are actually excited to wear. We're a women-led small business growing at a rapid pace. Between our retail and wholesale lines, we're always creating, always shipping, and always coming up with what's next. From licensed sorority apparel and accessories to custom products, needlepoint, and trend-driven collections, creativity is at the center of everything we do. Now, we're looking for someone to take on a mix of graphic design, product design, and website editing as we continue to grow. About the Role We're hiring a part-time Graphic Designer & Website Editor to start, with the potential to grow into a full-time position. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who loves design, fashion, trends, and bringing product ideas to life. You'll work on everything from apparel graphics and product concepts to website updates and digital assets. No two days at Duo look exactly the same, so we're looking for someone creative, organized, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced small business environment. What You'll Do Create original graphics and artwork for apparel, accessories, needlepoint, and other products Develop new product concepts from initial idea through production-ready artwork Design graphics for both our retail and wholesale collections Create and prepare print-ready and production-ready artwork Make edits and revisions to existing artwork and product designs Assist with licensed sorority and collegiate product development Stay current on fashion, collegiate, sorority, social media, and design trends Update and maintain products, collections, images, descriptions, and other content on our Shopify website Create website graphics, banners, collection imagery, and promotional assets Help keep the website visually cohesive, organized, and up to date Assist with digital graphics for email marketing, social media, product launches, and promotions Work closely with the Duo team to brainstorm new products, collections, and creative concepts Manage multiple projects and deadlines at once What We're Looking For Strong graphic design skills with a great eye for color, typography, layout, and current trends Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Experience with Shopify or website editing strongly preferred Experience designing for apparel, accessories, retail products, or consumer goods is a major plus Understanding of preparing artwork for print and production Ability to take a concept or inspiration and turn it into an original, on-brand design Strong attention to detail and organization Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions quickly Able to work independently while also collaborating with a small team Someone who is creative, proactive, dependable, and excited to jump into new projects Familiarity with sorority, collegiate, fashion, or Gen Z trends is a plus Bonus Points We'd especially love someone with experience in product design, apparel graphics, textile/surface design, e-commerce, or licensed merchandise .
