Manufacturing Experience:

At least 4-6 years of experience working in a professional manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills:

Deep experience with magnetic component assembly, specifically hand soldering, winding, and wire stripping.

Precision & Accuracy:

Familiarity with lead termination and general best practices for magnetics assembly

Adaptability:

The ability to work from minimal documentation and adjust to occasional deviations from standard practices. Bonus Points (Preferred)

Visual Literacy:

A strong ability to interpret 3D CAD drawings or complex technical diagrams.

Problem-Solving:
