Job Description
Responsibilities:
Partner with internal stakeholders to translate marketing strategies into effective visual communications Develop creative concepts and design solutions for digital and print projects, including websites, social, marketing collateral, rep presentations, product promotions, sales materials, and integrated campaigns Independently manage your projects, while constantly ensuring they align with HALCON brand standards and requirements Serve as a design resource to internal teams, such as sales and Human Resources Support the organization, maintenance, and updating of digital asset management systems and marketing resources Update website graphics as needed Manage multiple projects simultaneously, while delivering high-quality work within established timelines Contribute to a variety of initiatives and projects outside of core design responsibilities as neededQualifications:
2-4 years of experience as a graphic designer or related field Strong graphic design portfolio that demonstrates creativity, attention to detail, and effective brand execution Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines, and incorporate feedback from key stakeholders Strong attention to detail Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with video editing software is a plus Experience with visualization software such as Blender is a plus Experience with AI automated/assisted design workflows is a plus Basic HTML knowledgeSalary Range:
