On-Site Graphic Designer - Flow Automotive Companies Flow Marketing Services - Winston Salem, NC 27101 Apply Apply Description Flow Automotive Companies is seeking a Full-Time Graphic Designer with 2-4+ years of experience in Digital Graphic Design to work on-site in our corporate office in downtown Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Remote work is not available for this position. This role supports Flow Automotive's marketing efforts while thriving in a fast paced environment and leveraging AI-powered design tools to improve efficiency and workflow. What You'll Do Design high quality print and digital marketing materials, including: advertisements, social media graphics, email campaigns, website assets, and promotional content. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute creative campaigns while maintaining Flow Automotive and OEM brand standards Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, prepare production-ready files, incorporate feedback, and identify opportunities to improve design workflows and efficiency Requirements A link to your portfolio or website is required to be considered for employment 2-4+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing print, digital, social media, and email marketing work Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with a solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and brand standards Some experience using AI-assisted design tools Preferred But Not Required Basic
