In this role, you will work on designs from initial inspiration through final production artwork. You must have experience with prints, patterns, graphics, and seasonal concepts. This position is well suited to someone who enjoys combining traditional apparel design expertise with emerging creative technology. What You'll Be Doing Design original sleepwear concepts, including prints, patterns, graphics, and color stories. Create CAD sketches in Adobe Illustrator. Translate trend research into relevant, sellable product ideas for the children's market. Use AI-enabled creative tools for presentations Manage several design projects at once while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to bring concepts from development to finished product. What We're Looking For 5-6 years of experience in children's apparel, baby, sleepwear, or a related product category. Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
