Company Description Blinds To Go, Inc., is the leading manufacturer of custom made blinds and shades in North America. At Blinds To Go, Inc., we have redefined the window decorating industry with our direct-to-consumer business model and our legendary customer service. We control every element of our brand including the in-store experience. Graphic Designer Blinds To Go is looking for a graphic designer to join our marketing team. As a key member of the marketing team, the graphic designer is someone who supports Blinds To Go's multi-faceted marketing and communication program. He/she must be able develop creative content for multiple communication channels including print, online, and in-store. He/she must have prior experience developing creative means of targeting consumers off and on-line. He/she must be able to work with and help coordinate projects with both internal and external designers. He/she must be a very hands-on with keen creative instincts and excellent project management skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

• BA/BS degree in communications, marketing or graphic design
• 3 years' experience with Graphic Design in retail or consumer business
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
• Excellent project management skills
• Solid work ethic and desire to build a career with an established industry leader
