In this role, you will lead creative projects from concept to execution, collaborating closely with the EVP Sales & Marketing in the creation and production of graphic design and creative projects in company's marketing department to deliver against company sales and growth goals. Position Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Coordinate creative efforts for National & Regional accounts in the food, drug, Mass and Value Channels. Drive creation of original, trend-forward packages designs to meet the needs of Star's Food, Drug Mass, Value retail partners. Create CAD's to correspond with package designs. Oversee and communicate Creative, Packaging and Home Décor trends for the Food, Drug, Mass and Value Channels. Manage company wide photography needs. Assist and delegate photography needs including retouching and editing. Participate in collaborative team brainstorms as needed. Coordinate and obtain approval for quarterly Creative exploration Summits for the Creative and Marketing teams. Qualifications Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or similar role with a robust portfolio showcasing diverse projects in digital art, branding, UI/Web design, and print advertising. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), After Effects; proficiency in Sketch, Figma, CorelDRAW; familiarity with content management systems like WordPress. Strong understanding of color management techniques, typography principles, layout design, and visual storytelling methods. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas effectively across teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A keen eye for detail combined with a passion for innovative digital design solutions that push creative boundaries.
