Production Artist/Junior Graphic Designer Junior-level expectation: The designer should be able to independently handle routine design requests and production work, while more complex branding, major campaigns, high-level creative direction, and technically demanding projects can be reviewed with, or handled by the senior/creative manager. Must be detail-oriented and comfortable working alone and with a team. The job will be part-time to start (20hrs/week) with an opportunity for full-time status after 90 day evaluation. Graphic Design & Marketing Materials
- Assist with flyers, brochures, postcards, signage, banners, posters, and other marketing materials.
- Assist with digital graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
- Assist with property-specific marketing campaigns, promotions, specials, and resident events.
- Resize and adapt existing designs for multiple print and digital formats.
- Maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials.
- Assist with printing flyers when needed Social Media & Digital Content
- Create graphics for Instagram & Facebook.
- Develop promotional graphics for leasing specials, resident events, announcements, and community activities.
- Resize and repurpose creative assets for different platforms and placements. Website & Property Marketing
- Assist with graphics and visual concessions for apartment property websites.
- Assist with updating website imagery, promotional banners, floor-plan graphics, and other visual content.
- Help maintain consistent visual branding across multiple property websites. Photo & Image Editing
- Perform basic photo retouching, cropping, color correction, and image enhancement.
- Edit and prepare property photography for print and digital use.
- Assist with virtual staging and basic image manipulation when needed.
- Organize and maintain photography and creative asset libraries. Production & File Management
- Prepare files for professional printing and digital distribution.
- Review designs for accuracy, spelling, sizing, colors, and branding before final delivery.
- Organize design files, templates, fonts, logos, photography, and other marketing assets.
- Maintain organized folder structures and naming conventions.
- Make revisions based on feedback from managers, property teams, and vendors. Brand & Creative Support
- Follow established brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Help develop new creative concepts and design ideas.
- Assist senior designers with larger or more complex projects.
- Research current design, marketing, and multifamily industry trends.
- Help create and maintain templates to improve efficiency and consistency. Team & Project Support
- Manage multiple design requests and prioritize projects according to deadlines.
- Communicate with marketing, property management, vendors, and other internal teams regarding creative needs.
- Ask questions and gather necessary information, logos, photos, copy, and specifications before beginning projects.
- Track assigned projects and communicate status or potential delays.
- Assist with special projects and other creative needs assigned. Key Skills
- Adobe Creative Cloud — Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
- Basic knowledge of typography, layout, color, and composition
- Understanding of print production and digital design
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow brand guidelines
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take creative direction
- Basic understanding of social media design and digital marketing
- Photography and video editing knowledge is a plus

Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
