Job Description

This is an
ENTRY LEVEL
on-site position; 1-2 years experience needed.
Duties:
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute visual designs for various projects, including sign manufacturing, print advertising, web design, and video editing.
  • Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite to create high-quality visuals.
  • Create and modify layouts, graphics, and images for digital and print materials.
  • Present design concepts and ideas to clients or stakeholders for review and feedback.
  • Running and maintaining large format printers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design.
  • Proofing prints for content and quality.
  • Preparing and maintaining production reports.
  • Taking inventory and ordering supplies for printers.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Production Designer or similar role in a creative or design environment.
  • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and RIP software would be a plus.
  • Strong understanding of layout design principles and typography.
  • Must be a problem solve.
  • Familiarity with large format printing processes is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
