Full Job Description Salary Range:

$25.00 to $35.00 New Buffalo Shirt Factory is a leader in apparel decoration and merchandise

• and we have an immediate opening for a full-time, in-person graphic designer/screenprint artist to work at our Depew, New York facility.

We are looking for an experienced screen-printing and apparel graphic design professional to take our customer's design concepts to finished artwork ready for print. This is a high impact opportunity to join an organization with significant ownership and visibility. There is a strong potential for growth and advancement for those who demonstrate initiative, accountability for deliverables and have the work ethic necessary to make a difference. This is a great fit for someone who loves apparel graphics, understands print production, and can balance creativity with accuracy.

The job duties will include:

Preparing customer-supplied artwork for screenprint production Creating customer mockups and digital proofs. Color separation of master artwork, preparing production specifications for screenprint, digital output, and embroidery. Directly work with customers to execute their vision for print. Rework of existing art, and adjust designs for print Work closely with our sales, and production teams

• to facilitate error-free production results on every job.

Qualified candidates should have:

Proven experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop in a textile printing environment. Demonstrated experience in designing for textile screenprint. Fluency with spot colors, halftones, underbases, and simulated process printing. Experience with digital art creation

• and working with direct to garment (DTG) and direct to film transfer (DTF) equipment.

Designers eye for textile graphic design. Strong attention to detail and process. Ability to work efficiently in a busy production environment. Ability to work independently, drawing on relevant resources where necessary to complete tasks in a timely manner

Compensation and Benefits:

Paid vacation and sick leave. Full time hourly rate ranging from $25
