We are seeking a talented, creative, and energetic Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing departments to create compelling visual content across both digital and print platforms. From email campaigns, website graphics, and social media content to sales materials, presentations, advertisements, trade show displays, and print catalogs, you will help bring marketing initiatives to life from concept through final production. As a key member of the Marketing team, you will play an important role in strengthening and evolving the Jonard Tools brand. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, a deep understanding of branding and visual storytelling, and the ability to translate complex product information into engaging, effective marketing materials. You understand how thoughtful design and clear messaging work together to create a consistent brand experience across all customer touchpoints. Responsibilities Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, this position will actively ensure, through art direction and hands-on design work, that the Jonard Tools brand is consistently applied, in all mediums. This includes working cross-departmentally and within the Jonard Tools Marketing department to support graphic design requests. Design graphics and layouts for email marketing campaigns. Create website banners, landing page graphics, promotional images, and updates to existing website content. Create Amazon A+ Content and other e-commerce graphics that clearly communicate product features, benefits, and brand messaging. Develop engaging social media graphics for organic and paid campaigns across multiple platforms. Design sales materials, including brochures, presentations, flyers, advertisements, and promotional collateral when needed. Support the design and production of print and digital catalogs. Create tradeshow graphics, signage, posters, and event-related materials. Develop original creative concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, and business development initiatives. Apply established brand standards consistently across all digital and print materials. Take ownership of projects from initial concept through final production and delivery. Ensure all information is presented clearly, accurately, and professionally. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize assignments, and meet established deadlines. Proactively communicate project status, timelines, and potential challenges. Prepare production-ready files and coordinate with printers, vendors, and external partners. Review proofs and final materials for accuracy, quality, and brand consistency. Assist with digital photography direction, image selection, photo retouching, and asset preparation. Stay current with graphic design, email marketing, website, social media, and digital advertising trends. Qualifications Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years B2B, B2C, or Agency experience working as a graphic designer, a Bachelor's degree required in Graphic Design or related field and advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications, particularly InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator. Experience with Web design is a plus. Created online media and well-versed in Internet marketing trends is a plus Proficient use of MS Office (necessary for day-to-day projects) Social media graphic experience preferred Must be a self-starter needing very little direction Advanced knowledge of production, photography, proofreading, and photo retouching Advanced understanding of branding in a B2B environment Catalog experience Superior attention to detail Maintains a positive attitude and provides superior customer support A mastery of project management and communications skills Strong communications skills to effectively "pitch" creative concepts A portfolio is required - traditional print through digital (within various channels preferred) Please submit your portfolio with your resume.
