Our e-commerce company is seeking an experienced graphic artist to create production-ready digital artwork for customer orders and company marketing materials. We are a unique, growing company with ambitious goals and a strong commitment to quality. Our customers order fully customized clothing labels, patches, and other apparel accessories. Our graphic artists take the customer's specifications and artwork files and create accurate, production-ready PDF proofs for approval before the full order is manufactured. A strong understanding of file preparation, color accuracy, sizing, and attention to detail is important for this role. Production proofing or printing experience is a plus. Additional responsibilities include creating graphics for our websites and marketing materials. This position may also assist with website design, content creation, and other creative projects as needed. Experience in marketing and the ability to maintain a cohesive brand image are desirable. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver who can think outside the box, develop original ideas, and find practical solutions to design challenges. They should be adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing customer requests with production requirements. Candidates must be comfortable using AI tools as part of their daily workflow. This may include using AI to assist with creative concepts, image editing, marketing content, research, and process efficiency. Candidates should be willing to learn and adapt as new AI tools are introduced. This position requires a minimum of four years of professional experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. This is a full-time, in-person position in our Woodstock, NY office. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST.
