What You'll Do Design Design posts, banners, badges, game assets, marketing assets, and print/digital materials for our clients Execute projects in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe XD from concept through final files Maintain brand consistency and quality across all client deliverables Creative Coordination Support the intake point for new creative requests coming into the team Contribute to tracking the status of every job in progress across the creative team Provide support in following up with designers and other team members on outstanding tasks and approaching deadlines Assist with flagging bottlenecks early and help re-prioritize workload so projects stay on schedule Help keep project trackers, timelines, files, and handoffs organized and up to date What We're Looking For 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, beyond entry-level/junior Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe XD A sharp eye for organization, comfortable tracking multiple projects and deadlines at once Confident follow-through, not afraid to check in with teammates, connect with clients, and hold the line on deadlines Strong communication skills, both for client-facing design work and internal coordination A portfolio that shows range and polish Able to work full-time, in-office in Chesterland, Ohio Nice to Have Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro Prior experience in creative traffic, project/studio coordination, or production management Compensation & Location $50,000-$55,000 annually, based on experience Full-time, in-office,
