Job Description Solomon Page is partnering with a leading global specialty retailer and lifestyle brand to identify a Graphic Designer to support its Digital Creative team. This role will help bring seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives to life across the company's ecommerce site and mobile app. The ideal candidate is a highly organized designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in digital production and creative execution, and is passionate about creating engaging customer experiences. The Graphic Designer will support the development and execution of digital creative across web and mobile channels. This role combines creative concepting with hands-on production work, collaborating closely with creative, merchandising, marketing, and development teams to deliver compelling customer-facing experiences. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with strong expertise in Figma and digital design best practices. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to high-visibility campaigns while working in a collaborative, fast-moving retail environment.Location:

Design and produce digital creative assets for ecommerce and mobile platforms, including seasonal campaigns, promotions, and product launches. Translate creative briefs into visually compelling experiences that align with brand objectives and customer needs. Support the development of campaign concepts, mockups, presentations, and creative explorations for upcoming seasons. Execute homepage, collection page, and product page creative while maintaining brand consistency and design excellence. Review live site and app experiences to ensure creative is implemented accurately and meets pixel-perfect standards. Update and revise creative assets as business priorities, promotions, and feedback evolve. Maintain and manage Figma component libraries, ensuring alignment with current design systems and site requirements. Create production-ready files, prototypes, asset packages, and delivery documentation. Collaborate with developers and cross-functional partners to ensure designs are feasible and implemented correctly. Utilize Chrome Developer Tools to review specifications, troubleshoot issues, and validate creative execution. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of design experience, including internships, preferably within retail, ecommerce, fashion, beauty, or consumer brands. Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience designing for websites, mobile applications, and digital commerce experiences. Strong understanding of design systems, components, variants, and library management in Figma. Knowledge of digital production workflows, web standards, and responsive design principles. Experience collaborating with developers and understanding web development terminology. Familiarity with Chrome Developer Tools. Motion graphics, animation, or digital video experience is a plus.
