In this vital role, you will coordinate and manage Non-Medical Transportation services to our developmentally disabled (DD) client population and ensure the safe transport to and from their jobs. This position will represent Love for Mankind with the utmost professionalism at all time. As a mid-level classification, this position does not require previous experience in serving the DD population. Duties Development of daily routes by the assignment of drivers based upon client schedules. Provide hands-on raining/onboarding to new drivers. Travel to destinations to pick up clients when no other drivers are available. Ensure drivers maintain proper sanitation and cleanliness of vehicles. Monitor the safety of clients. Ensure drivers complete pre and post inspections of vehicles - including reporting any maintenance needs. Guide drivers in navigating vehicle accidents and unusual situations. Always maintain professionalism in behavior and appearance to everyone you contact. Will complete other duties as required. Requirements High School Graduate or GED Proficient in Google Sheets Complete and maintain First Aid/CPR/AED Certification Complete initial and maintain annual
