Job Description

The Graphic Design Assistant will report to the Marketing Manager and help produce visual content for various channels. This includes preparing design files, creating visuals, ensuring brand consistency, and assisting with projects across print, digital, and promotional materials. The role blends creative execution with administrative and collaborative tasks.
Key Responsibilities Design Support:
Prepare and format design files for print and digital use; create basic layouts, social media graphics, and promotional materials.
Brand Consistency:
Ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
Content Creation:
Assist in designing brochures, flyers, signage, event graphics, and other collateral.
File Management:
Maintain organized digital and physical archives; manage version control and prepress tasks.
Collaboration:
Work with marketing and operational teams to deliver cohesive visual solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, Google Suite, and relevant design tools.
Creative Ability:
Strong visual communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of current design trends.
Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain file organization.
Education:
Associate or bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field; or equivalent experience
Soft Skills:
Communication, teamwork, adaptability, and self-motivation
