Full Job Description Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. This role will be responsible for designing and producing visually engaging content that supports our brand identity, enhances customer engagement, and promotes our banking products and services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Design and create marketing materials including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, web banners, email templates, and in-branch signage. Maintain and enhance the bank's visual brand identity across all platforms. Assist in updating and designing content for the bank's website and social media pages. Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop creative campaigns that align with business goals. Ensure all designs meet compliance and regulatory standards for the financial industry. Edit and format images, infographics, and presentations for internal and external use. Work with print vendors to ensure high-quality production of printed materials. Stay updated on graphic design trends and banking industry standards. Other duties as assigned.
Education And/Or Experience:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Motion graphics proficiency would be preferred, but not required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Understanding of branding principles and visual storytelling. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Familiarity with the banking or financial industry is a plus but not required. All candidates must complete a pre-employment background check, credit check, and drug screening.
Physical Requirements:
Must exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Sitting for long periods.
