Job Summary:
Qualifications Bachelors degree in Textile Design, Graphic Design, Fashion Design or related field, or equivalent work experience. 1+ years of experience with schematic or graphic production design, ex: packaging, print design, footwear, technical graphic design, book design, typography. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign for artwork creation, mockups and layout. Experience with CorelDraw for vector workflows and prepress where applicable. Strong raster editing and vector illustration skills; able to produce clean, scale-independent artwork. Demonstrated expertise in color management, Pantone color matching and color QC processes. Hands-on experience with screen printing, DTG, dye sublimation and heat transfer production methods and file requirements. Experience creating repeat patterns, print-ready artwork, prepress separations and knowledge of trapping and halftones. Embroidery digitizing experience (Wilcom) and understanding of stitch types and sew-out considerations. Familiarity with CAD for fashion systems (Gerber, Lectra, Optitex) and integration of graphics into markers and patterns. Ability to create detailed tech packs, spec sheets, flat sketches and measurement documentation for production. Knowledge of pattern making, grading fundamentals and garment construction to ensure correct art placement and scale. Experience with PLM/PDM systems, RIP software and print production workflows. Skilled in typography for apparel graphics and brand-consistent typographic treatments. Portfolio demonstrating a range of apparel graphics, repeat patterns, prepress files, and production-ready artwork is required.
