Senior Graphic Designer Hartmann&Forbes® | Tualatin, Oregon | On-site About the role Hartmann&Forbes is hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to lead creative production and elevate the visual brand across print and digital. This is a hands-on role with real ownership: you will translate creative direction into finished work, build the systems that sustain brand consistency, and raise the standard for everything that carries our name. You will report to the Director of Marketing and work across the full brand output, from the Reference Kit and seasonal tabloids to photography production, merchandising, and the website. What you will own Design and layout for brand and sales assets, including the Brand Book, Product Portfolio, Style Guide, Price List, tabloids, email, and collateral. Creative production workflows from brief through final delivery. Brand Guidelines, quality standards, and template systems. Photography shot lists, post-production, and asset libraries. Merchandising, event, and showroom materials. Visual execution for the website. Management of internal designers and freelance production artists. Vendor and print production coordination. What we are looking for Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field. 5+ years of experience in a multi-channel environment. 3-5 years of supervisory experience. A genuine eye for high-end interior design and an understanding of the trade. Fluency in both creative and business software. Print production experience. Strong communication and follow-up skills. The organizational discipline to manage multiple projects without losing quality. Comfort working without a project manager in a self-directed environment. Experience in premium or trade-focused markets is a strong advantage. $66,046.45 - $79,539.81 per year
