Job Description
- Take existing V1 creative and incorporate copy, layout and client revisions to create polished V2 and subsequent rounds
- Use established templates to lay out brochures, guides, presentations, reports and other marketing materials
- Adapt approved creative into different sizes, formats and applications
- Prepare final artwork and production files for printers and other vendors
- Follow print specifications, including bleeds, trim, color, image resolution and file packaging
- Make accurate text and layout changes while maintaining the established design
- Manage images, links, fonts and supporting production assets
- Proof your own work and identify errors before work moves to the next stage
- Maintain clean, organized and properly packaged working files
- Work efficiently across multiple projects and deadlines
- Follow AgileCat and client brand standards consistently
- Collaborate with designers, creative leadership and account teams to move projects efficiently from V1 through final delivery Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, production design, production art or a similar role
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- A solid understanding of typography, layout and basic design principles
- Familiarity with print production and preparing files for vendors
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
- Comfortable working from templates and established creative direction
- Able to take feedback and make revisions accurately and efficiently
- A self-checker who catches errors rather than relying on someone else to find them
