You'll work with established brand designs and templates while learning directly from an experienced Director of Advertising and collaborative creative team. What You'll Do Learn how to prepare design files for print using industry-standard tools Assist with basic image editing and file setup Create PDFs for printing and client review Help organize and maintain digital image and asset libraries Support the team by managing files, versions, and project organization Learn professional production workflows, timelines, and best practices Build technical design skills while gaining exposure to marketing and advertising projects What You'll Need to Succeed Basic familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign and Photoshop) — training provided Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Interest in graphic design, marketing, or advertising Willingness to learn new tools, software, and processes Ability to follow instructions and project guidelines carefully Good communication skills and a positive, professional attitude Ability to collaborate well within a team environment Bonus Points If You Have Internship or coursework experience in graphic design or marketing Exposure to digital photography or visual content creation Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel Introductory understanding of image usage rights or copyright Experience organizing or managing digital files This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to grow their skills, learn from experienced creatives, and build a strong foundation in marketing and production design.
