• Hourly Copper & Kings is the only stop on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail® making American brandy — copper pot stills, a rooftop bar, and a brand people stop scrolling for. We're adding a freelance graphic designer to our creative team. We are a fast-growing company and fast-moving team — we're looking for a designer who enjoys this pace and quick-turnaround projects. What you'll design Trade show banners and event posters Distillery wayfinding and paper signage Rooftop bar menu updates Marketing brochures and rack cards (tours, bottle club, events) Recipe cards

pins, candle and bitters labels, custom cups and tote bags Outdoor temporary banners for rooftop promotions Quarterly A-frame sign designs Award/medal graphics layered onto our product photography General design requests as they come up What to expect Every project comes with a brief, plus a brand kickoff call to get you oriented Full access to our photography library and brand kit — you'll design within an established system, not from a blank page You'll work directly with our Brand Manager, Head of Creative, and Events Lead Most design requests will come through a shared Slack thread, with occasional team calls to connect with our Louisville-based team Weekly volume varies project to project — workload will be discussed as projects come up. After three months of strong work together, we're open to a retainer arrangement. What we're looking for Thrives on quick turnarounds and tight timelines Detail-oriented with a high standard for finished work Energized by a steady stream of new projects and creative challenges Takes pride in the quality of finished work, every time Strong communicator with fast response times Self-directed — takes a brief and runs with it Comfortable managing multiple projects at different stages simultaneously What we need from you Proficiency in professional-grade design software (Adobe Creative Suite strongly preferred) A portfolio link (Behance, Dribbble, personal site, or PDF) with 2-3 samples of print, packaging, or event/signage work Comfort designing within brand guidelines rather than building identity from scratch Based anywhere in the US To apply Send your portfolio link, 2-3 relevant work samples (client work welcome), and a note on your typical turnaround availability.
