This opportunity is located within our EnviroLogix business that develops and manufactures testing solutions for detecting GMOs, mycotoxins, plant pathogens, natural toxins and chemical contaminants in multiple agricultural matrices.

Click here to learn more. Job Description Position Summary EnviroLogix is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic and Content Designer- Temporary. This role will support the creation, production, and execution of high-quality visual and multimedia content across marketing, product, and technical communications. The ideal candidate is a versatile designer with strong production skills who is comfortable translating complex or technical subject matter into clear, engaging visual content. This is a full-time, temporary position, offering benefits eligibility. The position will be a 6-month assignment with potential to extend an additional 6 months. This role is based in Portland, ME offering onsite or hybrid schedule. Key Responsibilities Design and produce marketing and technical assets, including brochures, data sheets, presentations, infographics, digital ads, and web graphics Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to visually communicate scientific and technical information clearly and accurately Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials Prepare final production-ready files for print and digital use Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Assist with updates to existing materials and version control Contribute creative ideas to enhance visual storytelling and content effectiveness Support content production efforts, including photography and basic video editing (as needed) Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience 3+ years of experience in a production graphic design role (agency or in-house) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop required) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) Strong attention to detail and production accuracy Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Preferred but not required: Experience working with scientific or technical subject matter Photography skills, including basic photo editing and asset management Video editing experience (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools) Experience with light copywriting across digital, print, and social channels; familiarity with AI-assisted content tools a plus.
