Job Description
Our goal is simple:
to help you feel your best, with products you can trust, made with ingredients you feel good about. With Cymbiotika, you're not just taking a supplement—you're joining a community of people who value wellness, science, and the power of transparency. We're here to empower you on your journey to better health, every step of the way. Role Overview As Graphic Designer, Omni-Channel (Digital Specific), you will execute high-quality creative with a primary focus on digital — monthly campaigns, email, paid and display ads, landing pages, hero/web assets, Amazon, and partnership ads — while also picking up broader omni-channel work (including retail or packaging support) as the team needs. You'll work closely with the Junior Art Director to bring concepts to life across every digital touchpoint, building your craft and expanding your ownership over time. This role is a great fit for someone early in their digital design career who wants to build real breadth across the full digital toolkit — concepting, campaign execution, and channel-specific optimization — rather than specializing narrowly in one format. Key Responsibilities Design & Visual Content Creation Execute high-quality visual content across digital channels, including monthly campaign assets, concept toolkits, emails, paid/display ads, landing pages, hero/web assets, Amazon listing content, and partnership ads. Support design for assigned campaigns under the direction of the Junior Art Director, ensuring work is visually engaging, on-brand, and optimized for each digital channel. Pick up broader omni-channel design work outside of digital (e.g., retail assets, packaging support) as team capacity and priorities require. Produce social assets and other recurring digital deliverables with consistency and speed. Help maintain organized asset libraries and toolkits for the digital team. Produce high-quality, on-brand AI-generated images as needed. Use and help maintain reusable design templates for recurring campaign and digital deliverables. Creative Quality & Brand Standards Ensure your design work meets the brand's standards for quality, accuracy, and consistency across email, paid media, web, social, and Amazon. Maintain attention to detail so all work aligns with brand guidelines and platform-specific specs. Incorporate feedback from the Junior Art Director and Sr. Graphic Designers efficiently and apply it across future work. Growth & Process Build growing familiarity with campaign concepting as you take on more ownership. Stay current with AI trends, generative image tools, and emerging creative workflows, applying them to your own work. Share learnings and ideas with the team to support more efficient and consistent creative production.Additional Duties:
Perform other related duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned based on business needs and organizational priorities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of design experience with a portfolio spanning digital channels (email, paid ads, web, social) — digital-first, not print-only. Exposure to retail or packaging design is a plus, but not required. Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and familiarity with AI-generated image tools. Strong understanding of brand consistency and channel-specific digital best practices (email, paid social, web, Amazon). Detail-oriented, coachable, and comfortable receiving direction from an Art Director and Sr. Graphic Designers. Eager to grow into greater ownership of digital campaign creative over time. Work Location & Schedule This position follows an enforced hybrid schedule, requiring team members to be present in our San Diego, California office at least four days per week (Monday-Thursday). Fridays are available for remote work. This role also requires attendance at all in-person monthly team meetings and quarterly company events. Employees should be able to sit or stand for extended periods and perform frequent computer-based tasks, including prolonged exposure to a computer screen. Compensation & Total Rewards The salary range for this position is $70,500-75,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
