Job Description

The Graphic Designer is responsible for assisting in the design and production of all web and print communications to support all business channels with the opportunity to be an independent and creative team member.
Key responsibilities include:
Produce and design web and print materials, including but not limited to catalogs, brochures, advertisements, show and event materials, product labels, web pages, social media graphics, and emails. Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately. Work independently as well as cooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include three or more simultaneous projects. Update, organize, and maintain design files. Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity. Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system (Wrike). Create and assist in the maintenance of the brand's online presence through the creation of UX/UI creative and PDP web images.
Skills and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline Three or more years of experience preferred in professional graphic design, preferably with an in-house creative team or marketing agency. Solid understanding of graphic design, typography, and composition principles with knowledge on latest trends in print and web Ability to prepare files for print which will vary depending on vendor or platform and knowledge of print design parameters; bleeds, print files, printer communication, etc. Strong communication skills and attention to detail Positive attitude and willing to go above and beyond to complete tasks. Skilled in interactive design for web/social media. Experience or interest in luxury branding a plus. Video editing experience is preferred. Experience designing branded packaging and corresponding with third-party vendors a plus.
