Graphic Designer

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to work on digital + print projects. The ideal candidate is super creative, collaborative and a critical thinker. We are seeking someone who is passionate about graphic t-shirt designs, willingness to learn and cater to our demographic and keep up with new trends. They should be flexible, hardworking and have extreme attention to detail. Our internal brands you will design for: Shield Republic•patriotic graphic tees Let's Get This Thread•silly meme style graphic tees

Day-to-day:

Create graphics for t-shirts•main priority! Lead the creation of t-shirt collections under the supervision of the brand manager Design and create promotional emails for the brand Be able to pivot and change directions when needed Warehouse fulfillment assistance needed when sales spike and around

Father's Day and Black Friday Qualifications:

Experience in graphic design•must have a portfolio! Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop Experience in photo manipulation (changing the color of a t-shirt) Strong layout fundamentals and strong understanding of digital design principles Some experience in designing for e-commerce and direct to consumer Strong organizational and project management skills

8 hour shift Monday to Friday 2 WFH Days most weeks (unless you are needed in the warehouse that week) Ability to commute/relocate: Kenly, NC 27542: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
