The Graphic Designer supports the Creative Manager and Marketing teams by creating engaging visual content across digital and print channels for the HOTWORX and SOL SPA brands. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented designer who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow their skills while contributing to national marketing campaigns, franchise support, and brand development. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to the following): Collaborate with the Creative Manager and Marketing team to develop high-quality visual content that supports marketing initiatives and brand objectives. Design a variety of creative assets, including digital graphics, social media content, email graphics, print collateral, presentations, infographics, and marketing materials. Assist in creating content that supports lead generation, membership sales, member retention, and brand awareness for both HOTWORX and SOL SPA. Produce creative assets for websites, blogs, email marketing, social media, digital advertising campaigns, and promotional materials. Design content for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, HOTWORX.net, SOL-SPA.net, and other digital marketing channels. Support monthly marketing campaigns, product launches, workout releases, franchise sales initiatives, studio promotions, and company events. Assist in the design and production of retail products, apparel, merchandise, and promotional materials. Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets by following established brand guidelines. Assist with updating and organizing templates within the HOTWORX and SOL SPA brand management platform. Support the review and approval process for creative assets submitted through the brand management platform to help ensure brand consistency across franchise locations. Prepare production-ready artwork for both digital and print applications. Organize project files, maintain creative assets, and assist with content management as needed. Stay current on design trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices.Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). 2 years of graphic design experience (internships and freelance work considered). Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, typography, layout, branding, and digital design skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience with Canva and familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus. Understanding of social media design best practices and digital marketing formats. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and openness to feedback. Photography, illustration, motion graphics, or video editing experience is a plus.Work Schedule:
