Full Job Description Graphic Designer, Brand & Creative Department:
Marketing Reports to:
Director of Marketing Location:
Remote or Las Vegas, NV Employment Type:
Contract, 25-30 hours/week About Foodie Fit Foodie Fit is a Las Vegas meal prep company with a bigger ambition than simply making healthy food more convenient. We reimagine the meals people love to be healthier and more nutritious, without compromising what made them worth craving in the first place. After nine years of growing alongside Las Vegas, we're entering our next chapter. We're evolving our brand, rebuilding our digital experience, and rethinking how Foodie Fit shows up across every customer touchpoint. The Opportunity We're looking for a strong mid-level designer who can understand a business or marketing objective, interpret established brand direction, and determine how it should come to life visually. You won't simply be handed layouts to execute. You'll be expected to understand why the work exists, who it needs to reach, and what it needs to accomplish, then turn that into thoughtful, compelling, production-ready creative. Your primary focus will be rolling out the evolving Foodie Fit brand across retail, digital, website, advertising, product, packaging, and other customer touchpoints. One recurring period each month will focus on creative for new menu launches, with the remainder dedicated to the current phase of the brand rollout. What You'll Do Translate business and marketing objectives into clear, purposeful visual designs that strengthen and consistently express the brand across channels and customer touchpoints. Own projects from initial concept through feedback, refinement, and production-ready delivery. Develop concepts, layouts, compositions, and visual treatments from creative briefs and project objectives. Proactively identify opportunities to improve creative direction, resolve design gaps, and strengthen brand consistency. Create and adapt monthly new menu release creatives across customer touchpoints. Prepare accurate files for digital and print production, while maintaining organized working files and asset libraries. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to bring creatives to life. What We're Looking For 3-6 years of professional graphic design experience or equivalent demonstrated experience. A robust portfolio showing thoughtful brand applications across multiple channels and formats. Strong command of typography, composition, hierarchy, layout, and visual storytelling. Experience translating an established visual identity into digital and physical customer experiences. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom. Strong understanding of digital and print production. Ability to work independently from a brief, make sound creative decisions, and explain your thinking. Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and follow-through. Comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines, feedback, and shifting priorities. Experience with food, hospitality, retail, consumer, or lifestyle brands is a plus. How You'll Work The team is intentionally structured around clear ownership:
Director of Marketing:
Defines business and marketing priorities, strategic objectives, and overall brand direction.
Marketing Specialist, Brand & Launches:
Coordinates what needs to happen, where, when, and with whom.
Graphic Designer, Brand & Creative:
Determines how the objective comes to life visually and delivers the creative. Your value is in bringing creative thinking and visual problem-solving to the objective, not simply executing a list of design requests. What Success Looks Like You independently turn objectives into thoughtful, on-brand creatives. Keep projects moving efficiently from concept to production. Deliver accurate work on time. Become a trusted creative partner as the Foodie Fit brand evolves.
Pay:
$1,500.00 - $1,800.00 per week
Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Las Vegas, NV 89123
