About Jada Toys Since 1999, Jada Toys has sat at the intersection of pop culture and play, designing licensed die-cast vehicles, RC cars, action figures, and collectibles. As part of Simba Dickie Group, one of Europe's largest toy companies, we combine LA creative energy with global scale. Our licenses span Fast & Furious, Marvel, Sanrio, Minecraft, and more, landing at every major U.S. retailer. The Role You'll support on how Jada shows up everywhere a consumer, a buyer, or a licensor meets the brand: retail dot-com, our D2C site, our trade show booths, and our El Segundo showroom, where Target, Walmart, and our other retail partners see the line for the first time. One week you're building an Amazon A+ module set, the next a 20-foot backwall for San Diego. What You'll Do Build Amazon A+ and Brand Store content, plus enhanced content for Target.com and Walmart.com, including supporting copy Design PDP assets, landing pages, banners, and email for the Jada D2C site Design and refresh our El Segundo showroom ahead of buyer visits and line reviews: wall graphics, brand zones, product staging Own booth and environmental graphics for Comic-Con, Toy Fair, and Licensing Expo, and build the trade show style guides that keep us consistent worldwide Use AI tools to move faster on concepting, backgrounds, and asset variants, and build workflows the team can reuse Extend Jada's brand systems and build retail assets: endcaps, shippers, POS, print and digital advertising Produce sales and licensor decks, art-direct product photography, and run licensor approvals Support design work for international markets in line with Simba Dickie Group branding standards What We're Looking For 2 to 5 years professional design experience, ideally consumer products, toys, entertainment, or e-commerce Portfolio showing digital and environmental work, and range: your own aesthetic alongside strong work inside someone else's brand guide Expert Adobe CC and Figma Hands-on with generative AI in real production work, with the judgment to know where it saves time and where it costs quality, and awareness that licensor agreements increasingly restrict AI in approved artwork Comfortable with light motion work in After Effects for digital placements and showroom or booth screens Large-format production fluency: scale, resolution, substrate, and what a print vendor needs Fast, organized, and detail-obsessed across a dozen projects and three brands Self-starter who presents ideas clearly and takes direction without ego
Bonus:
3D rendering (KeyShot, Blender, Vizcom); photography; Shopify; exhibit design; car culture or collector fluency; Spanish or German. How the Job Actually Works Based at our City of Industry office, currently mandatory 2 days a week, with hybrid flexibility the rest of the week. The specific days may vary based on business needs and are subject to change at any time. Occasional on-site support at our El Segundo showroom and at event or booth setup Travel to trade shows, consumer events, and industry exhibitions, representing Jada and supporting on-site execution What You Can Expect Real ownership.
