Real estate agents, roofing and solar companies, and local businesses hire us as their outsourced media department. Our retainer client base is growing, and we're building a local design team for our most important brand work. What You'll Design Brand identity work: logos, brand guidelines, and visual systems for local businesses Print design: real estate yard signs, open house materials, flyers, brochures, and vehicle wraps Social media graphics and Instagram carousels for real estate and home services brands Meta ad creatives and paid social campaigns Pitch decks and client-facing presentations Motion graphics, animated text, and lower thirds for our video team Real estate photo retouching and listing image editing Why Local Matters In-person creative sessions with clients on brand projects Coordinating print proofs and vendors for signs, wraps, and marketing materials Working directly with our video team on graphics for high-stakes projects Must Haves (Non-Negotiable) Portfolio showing original brand, print, and social media design work for real clients Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign proficiency Print production experience: bleeds, CMYK, and print-ready file prep Strong typography and layout fundamentals Your own computer and design software Comfortable receiving feedback and delivering revisions on deadline Based in the Denver metro area Bonus Points After Effects motion graphics and animation Adobe Lightroom and real estate photo retouching Figma experience Experience designing for real estate, construction, or home services brands Vehicle wrap or large format print experience Bilingual English and Spanish How It Works 1099 independent contractor, paid per project You set your own hours, deadlines are per project OAX provides brand guidelines, client assets, fonts, and photography Designers who consistently deliver get first pick of our biggest brand projects and rate increases As OAX grows, we expect to open W2 positions and will look to our contractor team first To Apply Link to your portfolio with brand, print, and social media work.
